Palm Beach Coverage is an educational publication and prelaunch project. Insurance agency services are not currently available. Joining the waitlist is not an insurance application and does not create coverage.
Waitlist information
Our waitlist forms ask for your email address. The detailed form also asks for your first and last name, optional phone number, ZIP code, topic of interest, and optional notes. Forms are received through Netlify, our website host. We use the information you provide for project updates, as stated beside the form. Please do not include policy numbers, health information, financial details, or other sensitive information in notes.
To ask about your information, request correction or deletion, or stop project updates, email zacharyvorsteg@gmail.com.
Optional Google Analytics
For most U.S. visitors, privacy-friendly Google Analytics loads by default with a visible one-tap Opt out notice; visitors in the EU/EEA/UK and California see an opt-in choice first. We do not sell personal information or use analytics for advertising. You can change your choice anytime via Analytics choices or Opt out, and we honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. Where Microsoft Clarity is already configured on a site, it follows the same choice.
We also record first-party usage signals (page path, referring domain, campaign source, page title, viewport size, scroll depth, time on page, which buttons or links are clicked and their labels, and whether a form is viewed, started or submitted, never what is typed) on servers we operate at customlab.ai. They contain no name, email, phone number or form entries and set no cookies; a temporary per-tab identifier is discarded when the tab closes. They are not sent if your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, and stop from the next page you load after you choose Reject.
No Google Analytics script loads before your choice. Choose “Reject analytics” to keep it off. Use “Analytics choices” at the bottom of any tracked page to change your choice or withdraw consent. Withdrawing consent clears this integration’s Analytics cookies and reloads the page. We honor browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals.
Your Analytics choice is stored on this device for up to 180 days. Analytics cookies also expire after 180 days. Analytics is optional; refusing it does not prevent reading guides or joining the waitlist.
Google Analytics is configured to retain event-level data for 2 months and user-level data for 14 months. The user-data retention period resets when new activity occurs. These server-side settings are separate from the 180-day browser cookie and consent-choice lifetime. Granular location and device data collection is enabled in Google Analytics; this can provide more detailed location and device information than the basic browser information described above.
Hosting and other services
The website host processes requests needed to deliver pages and receive forms. Optional Analytics consent controls Google Analytics, not essential hosting or waitlist submissions you choose to send. Links to external websites have their own privacy practices.
